Featured Imprint • Human Perimeter Press™

Field guides & fiction
for the age of surveillance.

Human Perimeter Press™ publishes books that explain what’s happening to our privacy—and stories that show what happens if we don’t fight back. We write for ordinary people who feel something is wrong but can’t quite see the machinery behind it.

  • Non-fiction that exposes the Surveillance Economy and gives you a way to respond.
  • Fiction that acts as a warning shot—near-future worlds built from real trajectories.
  • An imprint aligned with SentriPup Labs™ and Halvian Group Inc.™ to defend the human perimeter.
Stories + Strategy • Same mission, different tools

Our Mission

Human Perimeter Press™ exists for one reason: to warn, inform, and equip ordinary people before the systems around us quietly remove what’s left of our autonomy.

We do that in two ways:

  • Non-fiction that explains what’s happening—how data brokers, platforms, and opaque algorithms are reshaping daily life, politics, and personal safety.
  • Fiction that shows where those trajectories lead if we do nothing. Stories make it real. They put a human face on abstract threats.

The goal isn’t despair. It’s clarity, courage, and a path forward.

Same founder. Multiple lenses.

HPP publishes the work of former CISO and infrastructure leader Ray Brown and a growing roster of pen-name authors who write in the same universe of issues: surveillance, manipulation, and the quiet erosion of human freedom.

The imprint is backed by Halvian Group Inc.™ and aligned with SentriPup Labs™, which builds tangible tools to defend the home perimeter.

Authors & Voices

Ray Brown
Founder • Non-Fiction

Retired CISO and global datacenter leader who spent decades inside the systems he now writes about. Ray’s work translates infrastructure, policy, and threat models into plain-spoken guides for ordinary people.

Millie Bower
Fiction • The Glitch Protocol

Millie writes character-driven near-future fiction that treats privacy, data, and autonomy as emotional stakes—not just technical ones. The Glitch is her debut novel under Human Perimeter Press™.

M. R. Weber
Fiction • Behavioral Worlds

A pen name focused on the psychology of behavioral design, nudging, and engineered outrage. Weber’s work explores what happens when incentive systems—and not villains—become the true antagonist.

E. Hale
Fiction • Sovereign Futures

Hale writes about collapse, rebuilding, and what it means to stay human when institutions and information systems no longer deserve our trust. A third pillar in HPP’s fiction portfolio.

Part of a Larger Ecosystem

Human Perimeter Press™ is one branch of a larger effort to build an Anti-Surveillance Society. The same founder leads:

Whether you come in through a novel, a field guide, or a landing page, the message is the same: we do not have to accept a future where humans are just training data.
